The band is under the direction of Mr. William Boandl. He is responsible for all the members of the organization. Within the organization there are many sections that all work together to make up the band.
The Director and his Staff teach and instruct the students as well as design the show (music, marching drill and visual routines) the students perform for football games, competitions and parades.
The student sections include Musicians, Color Guard and Equipment Managers lead by the Drum Major.
The Musicians consist of 3 types of instrumentalists:
The winds consist of the marching woodwind and brass instrumentalists.
The battery percussion consists of the marching drums.
The pit percussion - is set-up on the front sideline and consists of all kinds of things that are struck.
The Color Guard members use flags, rifles, sabres and sometimes only dance routines to provide color and visual enhancement to the performance.
Equipment Managers work behind the scenes to help load, unload and set up for practice and performance.
